History: Wizzer was one of the adopted kids of Pongo and Perdita's big family. Wizzer was always the one guy who never paid attention in school. It's a shock that he even made it to High School. He was always too busy teasing the losers and making spitballs. Wizzer is basically a Lackey of Mooch and mostly bums around with him and Dipstick. Wherever they are Wizzer probably isn't far away.
